- Arnica mont.: helps to treat after traumatic injuries, overuse of any organ, strains. Traumatism of grief, remorse or sudden realization of financial loss. Limbs and body ache as if beaten; joints as if sprained
- Belladonna: treats conditions like heat, redness, throbbing and burning or suppurative wounds, alternate redness and paleness of the skin
- Calendula off.: it is a remarkable healing agent, applied locally. Useful for open wounds, parts that will not heal. Pain is excessive and out of all proportion to injury
- Echinacea an.: useful in crushing injuries, snake bites and bites and stings generally
- Hammamelis vir.: great value in open, painful wounds, with weakness from loss of blood, venous congestion, haemorrhages and traumatic inflammations
- Rhus tox.: rhus affects fibrous tissue markedly-joints, tendons
- Symphytum off.: is helpful in injuries (to eye; bone; periosteum), falls and blows
- Ruta graveolens: heals soreness in the bones, joints, tendons, and cartilage. Ruta grav is wondeful first aid remedy for sprains, injuries, strain, bruised bones, pulled ligaments. Acts in sprains or fractures that aren't healing well
10-15 drops should be diluted in water and taken 3 times a day. Or as directed by the physician.

a) Original invoice in the packaging (it has the order id)
b) Shipping label (it has the shipping tracking id)
c) Original packaging wrap and the box (this gives us insight into what might have gone wrong)
d) The damaged or defective product that you received, clearly showing the label of the product and the damage
